Article 5 — Duration and renewal
The Pro subscription is taken out for a monthly or annual term, as chosen by the user at the time of subscription. It renews automatically on the due date, unless previously cancelled.
In the event of a payment failure upon renewal, the subscription enters payment pending status. The user is invited to regularise their situation from the Subscription section of their account. Without regularisation, Pro access is suspended and the account reverts to Free.
Article 6 — Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time, directly from their personal space (Settings → Subscription), in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is made for the remaining period.
At the end of the subscription, the account automatically reverts to the Free offer. Data created during the Pro period is retained, within the Free quota limits. In case of excess, recipes remain readable but creating new recipes is blocked until within the limits again.
Article 7 — Account deletion and Pro subscription
In the event of account deletion (see ToU, Article 3), the Pro subscription is automatically cancelled without refund for the remaining period. Permanent deletion takes effect after a grace period of 30 days.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
The user has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the service has been fully performed before the expiry of that period with the user's prior express agreement (checkbox at the time of subscription).
To exercise this right, the user may use the form below or send an unambiguous statement via the contact form available in the application (Settings → Contact us). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the request.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees
Independently of these GTS, the buyer benefits from the following legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code): HebdoCook is required to deliver a service conforming to the contract and is liable for non-conformities existing at the time of provision of the service.
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): HebdoCook is liable for hidden defects of the sold service that make it unfit for the purpose for which it is intended.
Article 10 — Liability
HebdoCook undertakes to provide the service diligently. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of an interruption due to maintenance, a force majeure event or a malfunction of the Internet network. The occasional unavailability of recipe import features (subject to a daily budget) does not constitute a breach of these GTS.
Article 11 — Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact customer service first via the contact form available in the application (Settings → Contact us). HebdoCook undertakes to respond within a reasonable time and to seek an amicable solution.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the user may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Article 12 — Applicable law
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall, failing mediation, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
