• Payment data (processed by Lemon Squeezy — not stored by HebdoCook)

• Provide and improve the HebdoCook service
• Manage your account and subscription
• Personalise your recommendations (diet, allergies)
• Ensure the security and reliability of the service

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

The processing is based on: performance of contract (provision of service), consent (dietary data), and legitimate interest (security, technical logs).

5. Retention period

Account data is retained for the duration of the account's activity, then deleted within 30 days of closure. Payment data is retained for 5 years (legal accounting obligation).

6. Data recipients

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It is shared only with: Lemon Squeezy (payment) and our hosting providers, subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, use the contact form available in the application (Settings → Contact us). You can also export or delete your data directly from Settings → Account.

8. Cookies

HebdoCook only uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (authentication session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
